Our approach is trauma informed and asset-based focusing on nurturing young people’s strengths and talents. Many of our retail staff previously completed the Back Your Future programme themselves, bringing valuable lived experience to their roles.

Turly founded the charity and social enterprise in 2011 and is the CEO for both the Charity and Social Enterprise.
Dan Gale
Head of Retail
Dan joined the social enterprise in 2024 after 40+ years of experience in luxury brands such as Selfridges as head of visual merchandiser. She is passionate about sustainability in the retail sector.
Angela Brown
Partnership Manager
Angela joined the charity in 2017 with 20+ years of experience in supporting people into employment, apprenticeships and training. She is passionate about wellbeing and mental heath and is a qualified counsellor.
Seyda Volkan
Senior Employment Coach Lewisham
-Seyda came to joined the charity in 2021 after years working in retail management and training, with a teaching qualification.
Jake Houchen
Employment Coach Tower Hamlets
Jake joined the charity in November 2023 with a background of working in employability for Shaw Trust & FedCap. He has a passion for helping young people gain the tools to succeed and take steps forward in their careers.
Lex Karlin
Employment Coach Hackney
Lex joined the charity in January 2024 with a background in community development, having previously worked with refugees and asylum-seeking children. He is currently studying for a Counselling qualification.
