In 2023/24, we facilitated 798 hours of corporate volunteering across 120 individuals at 12 corporate partners.

 PARTNER WITH US  

We’ve built a thriving corporate partnership programme that offers meaningful and flexible ways for organisations to work with us. Our long-term partners—such as Canary Wharf Group and Landsec—help drive our mission forward, and together we create impactful, creative solutions that meet their and other companies social impact goals. 

Examples of Corporate Partnership Activities:

  • Providing access to entry level jobs, work experience or internships: Partners connect us with hiring managers as soon as entry-level roles become available, giving our young people early access to opportunities, often before they’re advertised. Employers save time and recruitment costs by discovering motivated new talent quickly.
  • Insight sessions and workshops: Partners host sessions on personal branding, motivation, critical thinking, and budgeting – or whatever, together with young people, we agree is useful. This is a chargeable opportunity – offered as a one-off or an annual package of regular sessions in our or company locations – allowing young people to learn directly from professionals across all levels, from new recruits to senior leaders.
  • Job Club support: Volunteers join our weekly Job Club to help young people with CVs, job searches, and interview preparation, providing hands-on, practical support.
  • In-kind services or donations: Partners have provided video production, equipment, or IT resources, helping trainees share their stories and gain better access to digital tools.
  • Access to Lived Experience: We connect organisations directly with trained young people whose voices are often underrepresented, providing authentic insights for product development, branding, and consultation projects.
  • Internship programme development: In partnership with Landsec, we designed and delivered a six-month social mobility internship programme—supporting both participants and their line managers. The programme’s success has led to its expansion beyond London.
