Our Impact
Supporting young people into life-changing employment
Circle Community, a charity, is one half of Circle Collective, the other half being our social enterprise. Together we help unemployed young people acquire and develop the workplace skills, confidence, positive mindset and self-discipline they may lack in order to secure life-changing, permanent work.
Since starting in 2010, we’ve supported 1600+ young people placed into work in a wide variety of sectors across London.
Our Impact
- Since 2015, we have helped 2160 young people with vocational training and mentorship.
- We have provided 103,680 hours of on the job training to young people
- 1660 young people have secured permanent work.
- 70% of programme graduates secure employment, with the same percentage remaining in work after 6 months.
- 100% of young people who join our programme experience a real work environment, most for the first time.
- Our employment, education and training outcomes have continued to grow year on year from 84 young people in 2019/20 to 260 in 2024/25.
